I've published 4 books, studied poetry for 30+ years, and have a good grasp on the fundamentals of both creation and critique of poetry.

I have a single personality no matter what. No one ever has to wonder where I stand becuase I make it very clear.
Diplomacy
I am honest, some people do not like honesty. I'm not concerned with that.
Leadership
I've led all my life. But most importantly, I don't need to be in charge. This means I don't waste time in measuring contests when there are issues. I state facts, I operate with logic, I move forward.

I am available normally daily.
Future Direction
Neopoet is a workshop. Those who want to participate in the workshop should be given the tools to do so. Those who are less concerned with the workshop should be able to play in their own sandbox.
