I have been very harsh with people who self-promote on this site.
I realise I have been a bit unfair on them, considering most flatteryforyourpoemsandspend moneyhere.com sites actively advocate the practice.
Intend to be gentle but firm in discouraging the practice here, we all know, and we all collectively control the fact that that is not what this site is about.
And we do have an avenue for self-promotion, the bookshelf.
