words should spill
readers await
in anticipation
to absorb
every readable phrase
reviewers line up
some have perused

but what have you?
loose manuscripts
of those crazy days
cool analogies
keen quips

somehow it will come
understand there is routine
condemning your talent
keeps you from writing on
so words flow out

I thought it was great

Smiles:) Barbara I haven't try to published any thing yet at least not to that extent. Enjoyed reading your viewpoint and experience in that area. Thinking about writing a book though. I am working on one. Just not ready to jump in just yet. I have several save copies of rough drafts on jump drives I have written an put together over the years. Was looking them over just yesterday. I am long winded to day, no good news, on my condition, but bad news is not what I thought it was. Well written, enjoy seeing you around again. Wonderful message there. I will hold on to you poem so when I do try to get my book publish rejection won't make me quit as I don't handle rejection very well.

Sorry

Smiles:) Barbara Feel really stupid seeing writer blockage as publisher rejection to a writers manuscript. I apologize for letting me slip in me. I never think about writers blockage as I write a lot all the time. when I don't I just don't. Wrote pages and pages in the last two days and still writing. I won't post here just negative venting. I only post one of many this week. Venting not meant to be posted here anyway. When feeling something different will write post it. Have a good night

Writer's block does indeed suck. *hands you a bottle of Drano* Thankfully, I don't write frequently enough to suffer from mental blockages, but I can imagine that for the seasoned writer, it's very frustrating. ~Jess K. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ~ "Everyone needs to believe in something. It sits there on my desk..

like the rock of Gibraulter it mocks me.. says "if only you surender" "To what I ask?" "The circumstance." Some help that was, could have used a dart to get a topic. at least I think the block is made with wood. could it be plumbing..? Thanks for the Drano..

Hi David...

writers block does suck... I am stuck all the time on certain writes... I use them for weighing down the rest.. and then one day it comes to me.. and I write it down.. know all too well the block you speak of.. Drano..? hmmmmm... Richard

and out with a bang. This really spoke to me. Each line weaves into the next. Thankyou for putting this up.
