i should write a poem today

i'm a poet,
i should write a poem today,

i can't find the missing line
when the sky is green
and the earth disappears

well, what are you looking for
wearing your Goddess shoes?

you can't fly!

well what are you looking for
then?

clouds are things
i'm all out of love
when the woman in the painting
melts

drowning in waves

and there are no words
to comfort me.
