what an interesting theme and way of tying the two in together! Loved the line - "I am not latex and dancing - but purpose and want"... with a covert way of saying - I am both latex and dancing and the latter and why can't I be "all things to all people"? Similiarly - why can't the bird be 'not just - but also!' Nothing is mutually exclusive - or at least seldom so! Interesting paradoxes you have conjured up, always a twist in your tales... Well done Boni

wow, you got that connotation without even reading the first part, that's awesome, it seems this one may be able to stand on its own (I had my doubts about that, had considered editing it into the other poem). This part of the poem, reminds me that there is an appropriate time and place for everything. Loved it.
