Raging Love

I can't concieve
you would decieve
but now I believe

No tear in eye
when I asked why
and then you said goodbye

Knife in hand
I made my stand
my mind a burning brand

A trickle red
from your throat bled
as you lay there dead

A stupid fool
a bloody pool
I then put away my tool

No other man
will hold your hand
a thought I couldn't stand

A cushoined bed
I lay your head
My mind filled with dread

A poisoned draught
before I'm caught
my nerves are oh so taut

At your side
my bloody bride
where together we have died

In hell I'll rest
I did my best
in the end I failed the test

The raging beast
I knew the least
at long last has been released
