WHAT AM I WAITING FOR?

Time stretches out in front of us
like a row of mobile phone lights
bright and shiney-so illuminating

Past times behind us
a gloomy line of burnt -out torches
battery acid leaking out
sizzling, smelly and metalic

I don't look at the pile of junk batteries
good job I recycle!

Problem is...I'm finding it
hard to see in the dark now
and I'm terrified
of the
dark

So, my master plan-
I've taken out a contract
for unlimited mobile usage

Lights! Camera! Action!

Bring on my new life
what am I waiting for?

see not in the darkness of life’s night, life is young to enjoy, when one can't see at all as some one blows and knocks you the right way the best thing to do is close your eyes you shall see the natural Light of the day… why be afraid of the dark As Virginia Wolfe would say ‘’Whose afraid of the dark?’’ but do ensure that he hits sufficiently right and hark that’s when the lights would naturally spark Why be afraid of the dark?
