SANGUINE

A woman's blood
the rhythm and flow
of life to come
but the discharged pain
is unbearable to some

Sanguine sang-froid
Red now the colour of
pain

A soldier's blood
savage flows
like torrents-extinguishes
all brave attempts
but the released pain
is shameful to some

Sanguine sang-froid
Red now the colour of
pain

A killer's blood
spilled with the flow
of deviance and deceit
but the scarifying pain
is dangerous to some

Sanguine sang-froid
Red now the colour of
pain

Nice

I like the way you deal with different reasons people bleed, and the way it is punctuated by the chorus.

all the above but...

the chorus really doesn't need bold or italics, the repetition is enough, this makes it a bit blunt-objecty Cheers, Jess, Reprehensibly irrepressible, "the alleged short-cut to knowledge, which is faith, is only a short-circuit destroying the mind." [Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged]
