Traditionally I think this is a Senryu as it holds reference to a person rather than a Haiku that is nature personified. But even in that, this is a lovely smile.

Yes, Senyru.....I use Haiku as the prime set , ( senyru as a subset )... for those less esoteric than yourself!
Is my elitism showing? I shall stop this practice immediately! haiku for haiku, senyru for senyru, from now on when clearly discernible.
