my job requires diplomacy I deal with staff and share holders seven days a week.
Leadership
I have lead men into battle, I have run mutiple construction site with five to ten men per site, I am now a property mgt. overseeing thirteen employee's. I am currently running a workshop here at Neopoet
Availability
I am avalible for three or four hours in the evening , eastern standard time.
Future Direction
I would like to see Neopoet expand to become a household name like Facebook. I'd like to see many level of workshops from the novce to the published poets, something for everyone. I would also like a workshop for youngsters between eight and sixteen year olds. It would be interesting
Alternative Role
I run a workshop now and maybe in the future become a mentor.
