Background
I trained as a graphic designer and have always had an interest in writing, I attempted writing scripts in the past, but for the last year or so have concentrated poetry.
Qualities
I am hard working, I don't take any rubbish from people who are unfair to me or to anyone else, I am polite, I am fair and I try to consider other people..
Diplomacy
I am diplomatic in general, having worked as an administrator and running office with staff I had to be.

Fairly good as I'm used an admin job and volunteering
Availability
Im director of neopoet newsletter and moderator on the splash pool workshop, but I don't work .
Future Direction
I see Neopoet having strong workshops so that poets who wish to improve can, but also having room for people who are interested in poetry on a less serious level , therefore having room for all. Everyone seems to care deeply about the site, so I think challenge and the improvement needed for the community, are one in the same thing, we need to maintain a harmonious community.
