Foolhardy lovers

They all fall in love
on Face Book
or any sites....
all those who so appear
are not themselves in reality...

many are the humming birds
some chasing living ghosts
some are mad in their musings
thinking them to be shadows

who and why

should they just fall in love
with creatures so strange
they will never meet ever
I say
that again and again

love abounds in hearts two
if one is known
another is new
but both should feel the urge
the desire
the instinct to fall in love
with just someone’s ink
in liquid or poetic form
whatever it may be

Love between strangers
is maddening
isn't it really....
