Our Greeter team tries hard to stop these things before they start but of course some slip through. And Neopoet does not take lightly the decision to ban a member, although that recent case was very abusive and obvious. My recommendation to Andrew was to "terminate with prejudice and a surfeit of vile abuse". I don't know if he followed the second part of that but he certainly did the first.
