Catalectic Dactyl
What is the nature of things, said the man.
Guess, for I’ll not tell a thing of the plan.
Wonder and fuss with the thoughts if you can.
I will not help you a whit with the scan.

Ha
A lovely thought and a good example of dactyl I though.

Forgive me Wes, but I find catalptic dactyl a cop-out.
Will listen to contra-arguments however the use of a stressed syllable at the end of the verse (line) defeats the gentle, leading nature of Dactyl.

I agree.
Dactyl should be dactyl, but what can I say... I copped out.
