Frustration (Just Sharing)
They say
Very High BP
and say
no liquour
no sodium
no smoking
just drink plain glasses of water
and
walk
eat plenty of fruits
reduce your weight
the girth for men
must be lesser than x inches
and
for women y inches
else order a wheel chair
reserve a berth in a hospital
better take precautions
than wait for a solution
well end up now
it's no time for frustration
old age alone is welcome
that is all human's resolution
the docs performed his
ordained occupation ...
send notes to friends
kith and kin
to meet finally
and pray for salvation
of all past present
and also future
other's sin

there is a grace in your economy of word use. A lovedly gem! I've missed a few in my snippy snarkyness haven't I?
All I can say in response is to quote James Bond-
Life is too short to spend time prolonging it.
and the doctor who, unhappy with a patient's health said-
Stop drinking, stop smoking and do some exercise.
Patient: Will I live forever?
Doctor: No, but it will feel like it.
and myself when I say-
Death is someone else's problem.

but for you Lovedly would've been LONELY ... I have stopped giving an incorrect perception come and read me or as you say ''my skirt is up now come in''. Now I am sitting outside a doc's lounge he'd need to comfort me, at 78 where is there time to listen to 'James Bond'. When I was born the saints all said, I'd die one day, any day from today but my pop was a doc he said 'we all will but when that no one can say'.
I walked lonely miles had countless accidents , worst diseases and came to Neopoets to share what seven decades in my mind had sown. Now I think I am in the bloom of time let me die,satisfied. Don't sigh I wonder if you will ever read this piece, it's straight English No poetry. But I will convert it if you feel like it.

I like the way you have expreassed the oldest feeling on Earth. The poem sounds as if you and I talk sitting in my kitchen sharing one of the unadvised drinks and I want to raise my hand and pat your shoulder.
