liddle lobster me.
I'm goin' sideways when I perish,
want to end up in a rock pool
in the sands.
I'll have a shiny shell
that I can cherish,
with two claws, fer my chores
not two hands.
Sharing my abode with thirteen rag worm
who'll confirm,
that it's sunny
by the sea,
We can wish mick the fish a happy birthday,
n the weather,
we can also,
guarantee,
Yes I’m goin' sideways when I perish,
to cherish my rock pool by the sea,
to squirm with the worm n embellish
another lifetime - as-liddle- lobster- me.

A cute little diddy...
that brings to mind finding little fishes and crayfish in the rock pools of the streams and brooks around here. I like the child-like quality and think it would make a great little poem for kids! ~ Geez.

Hi Obi, what a quaint poem.
Hi Obi, what a quaint poem. It's for children as well as adults. I've had a good laugh. I hope you don't get boiled and served up at a posh restaurant...lol.
BTW, I love the sea, so that makes your poem even more enjoyable.
