I am borderline

I am a bottomless pit of needing,
A whirling torrent of over feeling,
The hellish hunger that goes unfed,
Pain and anger that never ebbs.
I am a vampire for your affection,
A martyr made from past rejection.

I think that...

I would consider this poem finished, there doesn't seem to be anymore to say. I like the use of the sound-alike [fed] and [ebb].
I get the meaning behind the title and unless it becomes a mode of life; I wouldn't be concerned about it. Be kind to yourself
and give yourself the same affection that you are asking from others. ~ Geez.
