The Answer

If I were to leave you, would you even know

If I were to go crazy, would it even show

If I cry, will you wipe away all my tears

If I get afraid, will you chase away my fears

You are the only reason that I have to exist

Will you give to me but one soft warm kiss

If you did, I would die that I know for sure

I have loneliness and you are the only cure

I say I love you, but you say nothing in return

If only you knew how my heart for you did burn

Want you please just tell me, please let me know

If you say you do not love me, I promise I will go

Your lips start to softly move like a ballet dancer

I guess at least now I know the answer

I thought at first...

that the last two lines were a little out of sync.
but after reading them a time or two, I find them
to be smoother than I thought. ~ Geezer.
