Brewology

The hustle and the bustle
Clamor of the line
All awaiting patiently
For beverage so divine

They’ll take your order quickly
Behind a gracious smile
Both the staff and furniture
Functioning with style

Write your name down on the cup
Cream or hot or iced?
Occasionally a little note
To make it extra nice

All of this is done of course
With spring in every hop
Delivering the perfect cup
Our favorite coffee shop

Is it really...

called Brewology? I can see me sitting there in one of those big, old comfortable chairs. A book or the morning paper, spread out over the table, and smelling the warm, heady brews of a dozen or so different coffee. Maybe a nice old-fashioned doughnut... Yeah! Nice picture, ~ Geez.

Sounds like...

a place I'd like to visit. I might even cheat on my diet and get myself a chocolate-covered eclair! [In addition to the old-fashioned!] Not supposed to have the chocolate, but... ~ Geez.

I really appreciate

The love this one is getting. It’s a one of a kind place, literally and so it’s really inviting and obviously the coffee is leaps and bounds above the orange and pink or the green and white coffee shops. Why is everything either Coke or Pepsi in this place?
