Divided We Stand
My opinion is wrong
And yours is right
My views are better
I've seen the light
You just don't get it
You're stupid and dumb
Your hurtful words
Make my heart numb
Don't we see we're tearing down
What we are made to repair
We don't have to agree, we won't
But that doesn't mean we can't care
The world's getting darker by the day
What happened to "together we'll band?"
In this day and time, nothing is united
Our motto has become Divided We Stand

Nice
You have a typo at Youjust don't get it.
Also there are some double spaces.
Aside from the formatting, it's a good poem! I agree with the message. Even if other people's opinions are different, they still deserve love.

hello poet,
I really like these lines:
Don't we see we're tearing down
What we are made to repair
We don't have to agree, we won't
But that doesn't mean we can't care
I understand completely.
*hugs, Cat
