Picture To Hold

I have her picture to
hold since I can't
hold her tight.

I look at her picture
in my hand and I
try to believe
everything is
alright.

My heart is filled
with sorrow,
the pain I can not
bear.

It makes me want
to tear it out and
throw it every where.

Inside in my head I'm
losing it every single
day, I wish I could
just end it all for the
pain to go away.

I think Kat speaks for all of us

We are here. We are reading and feeling your writing. You’re a talented and welcome member of our community. These are some terribly difficult feelings and writing can help us all to process them in a manner that it is introspective and deliberate.

I can feel your hurt. I’ll offer my ear if you want to chat. You’re not alone in this. We’re all in it together.
