Freedoms Call
Time ticks in distorted frame,
A world gone wild, oh, hearts to tame!!!?
Keeping head above water to stray from lame.
Good and evil butting heads,
High, getting lost in slippery treads.
Trying to finish the sew, serving needles through living threads!?
Saddens aroused in bitter sweet symphonies.
Legends to be made from millions or pennies.
Bodies and souls unite and divide, numbered fews to many’s consistently collide!!
Categorized by stupid assumptions, opinions and what not,
Trying to win through all that’s been fought.
Feelings displaced as hope, love and fear together are sought.
Everywhere are queens and kings and empires,
Slaves, leaders, oppressed and oppressors…. Why are humans acting like vampires?
Maybe we need an umpire with all these corrupted desires.
The world in chaos, losing wits, funny grits and through saliva spits,
Loves seed grows forever, in hearts, minds and souls and in stomach pits.
Contagious as lies, deceit and sadness…
Can we try to find a way through this ever dark madness?
Try and replace it with gratitude and gladness???
Excuse me… Your highness???????!
Freedoms Call…
Better call Soul.

Welcome
I liked your rambling poem. You bring to light a whole bunch of issues we all face as a collective species. It’s difficult to process when you really get into it. You’re in good hands here and you’re a good writer. Let me know if you need any help navigating the site or if you wanna chat or anything.
I look forward to reading whatever you feel like sharing,
Tim
