My Choice

You are nothing more than a choice.
My choice.

We liked each other and you wanted more
Though it made my heart sore I couldn't ignore

Those calls and pleas surrendered me
Into making that choice.

A year later and I still dread that choice,
And I wish I had never listened to your voice,

Calling me and forcing me
Into making that choice.

Hello Sahar

I like it when people use poetry as a therapy or to get some bad feelings out.
I thought this is really raw and lucid.
I am sure you're going to have the right direction. You're still young but you have a brave heart.
Keep it up.

Write your heart

You’ll be able to process your emotions much better. It forces us to look back on our thoughts and see what is working and what isn’t. Words said cannot be taken back. Words on a page can be augmented.

Nice job
