Run toward this strange elusive day;
tackle it if you must,
but don't let it get away.
Get Tuesday,
fight for the most from this day!
Plot and act on today,
how you'll get your diem to stay,

About This Poem
Last Few Words: Starting out as a rhyming poet, I began learning free verse. This poem is simply me returning to my "roots", using more metaphor with fact (such as Tuesday being a real day), and trying to break my poetry writing creative block I've been in.
