Argent
Bathe these dreams in argent moonlight
Illuminate all the forgotten corners of my psyche with a silver glow
That I may find a way back to an illusive somewhere
A spiritual home that has never existed
A constantly stirring nostalgia for places I’ve never seen
A deep powerful longing for something more, some underlying truth
Incessantly pulls me in one thousand directions
Splinters me into infinite fractals
I exist in every space
In every time
I am a multitude

Welcome back...
We have missed you on your "Walkabout". Yeah, I get it. I'm in the last years of my life and I am still searching for "The Truth"

Rosewood Apothecary,
Rosewood Apothecary,
I am absolutely enamored with this poem. This is so beautifully written and describes your yearning so well. You were able to put into words the longing we all feel, and able to do it so wonderfully!
My favorite line is:
A constantly stirring nostalgia for places I’ve never seen
Incredible work!

What great feedback
Thank you all for your encouragement and critical commentary. I’m trying very hard to get back in the habit of reading and writing. I’ve gotten so busy lately.
Sending love out to you all,
Tim
