DIALOGUE

Dialogue - preparation, real time, heaven!

Inner dialogue - Our reality, beginning as thoughts and emotions flow from the recesses of the mind. Preparing you, as a guide, for the oncoming conflict. Inner dialogue can soften the negative effects of time.

Dialogue without - This is where most of our problems initiate.
When two people interact it can get very interesting. This is also a place for communicative and emotional growth.

Universal dialogue - Dialogue which is true and attached to a higher source of power or knowledge. Intelligence or faith, the substance that Gods are made of. The kind of conversation that helps us solve problems! It is the benefactor of wisdom!

Inner dialogue - How do you feel when you awake each morning? What do you think about it? Do you worry about the comings and goings of the day? Is your mind fixed
on yesterday's turmoil? Or can you greet the day with a healthy face? If your face wears a frown and anxiety fills your chest, is there nothing you can do to try to seal up the broken part inside of you? Some folks who wrestle with demons of this sort have found their own forms of healing. Hopefully you have found ideas that work. You must have or you probably do possesssome of these skills or you wouldn't be around.

This will sound old hat to most, but one way that I have found peace is through meditation. Using deep breathing as a base. With medication and a few other tricks that you can find in self help books. Meditation may make a big difference. I have a friend that sends me inspirational thoughts from time to time. I particularly like some of the eastern philosophers. One for example named Tich Naght Hahn is a powerful writer and speaker. His writings are well circulated. You can find them almost anywhere!

Talk to yourself, be kind to yourself. Continually try to stay in the moment. If we think too far into the past or too far into the future. It can cloud our perspective and become destructive. Stay in the here and now.

Making sure that I take my meds is probably the best thing that I do to stay afloat. Some meds don’t work as well for others . Find a doctor that you trust. Do what he or she says! Meds always take time to assimilate into our system. The whole idea behind internal dialogue is to learn to talk to yourself in softer tones and by doing so prepare yourself for the stressors
That occur throughout the day. I myself have to talk to myself constantly. Even then I have to deal with deep mood swings. No one knows better than you what you face day to day and no one person’s suffering can be said to be less or greater. You have to master your own variety of crazy. You can be your worst enemy and quite frankly you will be from time to time.

External dialogue - External dialogue can cut or heal. You never know what is coming out of the other person's mouth.Steer clear of toxic people! You will recognize them by their calling card. Most of the time, with a little exposure, you will just feel sick. Negative comments, bullying. Sometimes it seems as though they’re just draining all of the good feelings you once possessed. Be good to yourself! Hang up the phone, leave the room. You don’t have to stand there and take it. Give them time and if they are friends they will usually come around.Yes even good friends and family can be very toxic. Use your vocabulary to protect you! This is a good time to talk to yourself. Get your thoughts in order, concentrate. Remember, JUST WALK AWAY if you need to.

Universal dialogue - Universal dialogue is the least known, but best ticket to good mental health. I won’t say that it always makes it easier to cope, but moments of silence when I feel an unusual sense of hope always brings a refreshing sense of peace. It is at times like these that my faith is renewed. Beautiful horizons can be seen such as a clear blue sky breaking through a thunderhead. It is then that I feel as though I belong to something or someone much more. Someone who will see me through to the end. Try to tune into your higher power and it will heal your mind. Even if only for a moment. It’s well worth the ticket that takes you there!

The hypersensitive brain

The brain is a collector of information. Its main function is protector. It projects into the future making basic assumptions about what will be. Because of our biological wiring, experiences and the morals and spiritual values that we have accepted. It reaches into the past trying to solve problems, rectify mistakes, etc. When we are threatened it connects with fear and flight mechanisms in the brain. When the biologically hypersensitive brain is affected by this action. Moods begin to shift, thoughts and behaviors become erratic. Threats, also called triggers, can and will incite the hypersensitive brain. Although the genetic element of the illness is always present. Triggers can and will initiate the fight or flight connection. No need for alarm! There is a method to deal with all of this.

How to minimize neurological sensitivity:

Awareness - Become aware that your brain and the forever part of you are separate entities.

Acceptance - Develop the paradigm that all is as it should be and accept each moment of the path you’re on. Embrace it! You are OK. Whether you are in pain or in a state of joy and peace. At this point your brain becomes the teacher and is not such an intense threat.

Management - Practice staying aware and embracing the illness, Collect coping skills and get out of your head. Do something for someone else.
