Escapade in the nude!

I ran up the pier in the nude
with a delinquent attitude.
Whipped it out just to whittle
on sunday afternoon!

Then lept off of the end,
with my back to the wind.
In front of an old
fishing boat crew.

The hands on the boat
had not a clue.
They called for the
beach patrol too!

I capsized their dingy,
with a clumbsy leap.
I swam to the shore
and left without any adieu!

This made me laugh

The imagery was great, but I feel like the fourth verse may have something missing...like how did you capsize their boat? Was it from the shock of seeing a nude person jumping into the water or did you land on their boat?

Cat & Rose

Thanks for dropping by this really was a fluke. I worked on it with both of your suggestions. I hope that you like the new version too.

Very amusing. Loved the first verse. Its the first time I've heard it called "Whittling". Alex
