Background
I worked as an administrator for a project run by Ealing Mencap which is an organisation that works with people with learning disabilities. I have written for my own enjoyment for many years.

I am diplomatic, I have my own opinions and I'm not afraid to express them, but I am willing to listen to other people. I am used to working as a team.

Availability
I am a member of the AEC at the moment, and I manage to organise my time comfortably around this and the roles of Leader of the SplashPool Workshop, Newsletter Director and chat room Host.
Future Direction
I see the future as a site where people can learn as much about poetry as possible, in which ever way that they choose. Therefore there needs to be a choice that's suits everyone as far as possible. Apathy is a problem, we need to get more people, interested and involved in this site.
