Where I Have Gone

All these thoughts are nauseating
Even the mirror gets sick of apologies

This time I will not let myself be absorbed
Into a dry sponge of self-pity
Logic found a place in my insanity

Your platitudes don’t ease the soul for a moment
As I lose consciousness in my mind’s maze

Finding faith in the abyss of lingering skepticism
Reflecting on yesterdays filled of travels
This is where I have gone and who I have become

This I liked,

This I liked,
my mind teased into knots
about the what and why
and yet the whole was satisfying,
the puzzle will never be solved.

"yesterdays filled of travels"

how we bear up under the load
or enjoy the beauty of the peaceful calm Now

in your works are great conjunctions of wording
and follow up of feeling and observations

some would just write "Filled with.."
and that would be that
But the "of" in this makes me
really appreciate the whole peice Paul
your work has really taken on a depth
and more meaningful context

Thank You
