I waited 23 hours as directed to submit a poem. I was redirected to the "wait 23 hours" page. At the bottom it gave my last poem title and said it had been posted 23 hours and some odd seconds ago. I have no problem waiting a day a week or a month -however if the rule is 23 hours the site should be set to 23 hours.
