If, of course, scientists from our future
have no interest in our 'present', we can only assume
that man will never be able to time travel
into the past, for if they could
they would already be amongst us.

Or, perhaps the assumed alien aircrafts
we have witnessed overhead are in fact
families of our future attempting to escape
their dieing planet.
