We're thrilled to share that on June 4th from 4 AM Eastern Time to 10 AM Eastern, Neopoet.com will transition to a completely redesigned version of our website—a fresh digital space worthy of the incredible poetry and vibrant community you've built here.

Our server is in a datacenter in Brooklyn, NY that is, as of 5 pm today, under a mandatory evacuation order.

We don't expect physical damage to the server (the facility is on the 8th floor), however it's very possible that we would lose power or Internet connectivity during the hurricane tonight and tomorrow.

We have used resources from our general fund to lease a second server in Dallas, Texas that we've named "Irene". This afternoon, we preemptively moved Neopoet from our Brooklyn server to our temporary Dallas server.
