About Me
I've loved poetry all my life. I was 19 when I had just been declared disabled by doctor but not the social security administration yet. I missed my old life and was about to go crazy. I didn't really feel bad so i kept on despite the doctor tellin me not to stress. my disability kicked in. i started writing and expressing myself out of fear/stress for years. My first poem that I shared on facebook was personal. my disability is post traumatic stress and dysphoria related. I wrote about 12 poems every winter for about 5 years. I got comfortable with that and wanted to write not out of fear. I did. I got comfortable with that and felt accomplished. Then, I had told a therapist i loved writing but my style was to let it come to me because i didn't want to sacrifice technical skills. It's more stressful than it sounds. He said to write through writer's block. I did and wrote out of stress at around the same time. Then, there's this.
