Is there anyone who has had a similar problem? I am unable to access my account because the minute I scroll down to that section - it goes into the next topic and won't open for me. Any suggestions...?

Bonitaj,
try moving the mouse over the tools item, holding down the mouse button on it, then moving the pointer over My Account, and then releasing the button.
