Misfire

I couldn’t think of much else;
why she left, what I did wrong

It was only obvious some years later,
after more experience with wars of the heart,
it had everything to do with being eighteen

I'm not sure...

about the title, but it drew me in and that's it's job. So I guess... Words of wisdom from the owner of a broken heart. We all
