Peaceful Protest

There are no kings
where I come from
no royal seats of gold

there's just a man
who has great fear
of losing his false hold

on weak men
who bow down to him
who gladly will betray

the rights of fellow
Countrymen
whose values lead their way

we want no soldiers
in our streets
no bullying tanks

we want Democracy
and Peace
and Freedom to give thanks

there is no dictator
who rules
no feeble, flimsy crown

we show our Flag
Red, White, and Blue -
it's flying upside down.
