across the broad Pacific Ocean on to grand
Hawaii,
 
I also hope to be
quite funny …
 
and if at first I don’t succeed at that,
my honey,
 
I’m left awash in woe—

Aw come on! You are too

Aw come on! You are too funny! I took this to mean that being funny is as remote as first, owning a Ferrari and second, having the ability to actually drive on water in a sports car with no floating gas stationsall the way to Hawaii.
