Remember When

A girl sits
on the shores
of memory,
and watches
the past fly by,

Caught up
in the midst
of a revery,
she doesn't notice
the present cry,

A cool breeze
blows
on the golden shore,
as she knowingly opens
a once locked door,

Where past ,
present ,
and future
is swept
into the current
where memory slept,

With her eyes open wide,

She dives right in...

And drowns in the tide,

Of Remember When.
