Neglection brings me low

A soft word whispered,

A gentle ,tender touch

These are things I need

Things I miss so much

 

Sometimes things are forgotten

Or you are expected to always know

Somethings need reminding

Somethings you need to show

Somethings just need to be said

Instead of 'you should know'

For without this tender ,gentle touch

Neglection brings me low.
