The beauty of a rare flower...

You’re a beautiful, rare flower…

A beautiful spring flower…

Pretty like a rare rose

Wonderful and rare like

the prettiest wildflower in the world….

 

You have all the beauty

this world can bring forth.

Sparkling blue eyes

a beautiful face

you have it all,

you look like a goddess.

Like a dream come true…

 

But it’s your strong inner nature

I like the most.

The idealism, the romantic passion

the sincerity, the wisdom,

the maturity, the judgment.

You have all the outer beauty

but it’s your innermost core

that I love the most.

The outside sometimes deceives

but it’s the inner world one should trust.

thank you for your kind comments. Blue or brown eyes women are flowers of many colors as you said. I was trying to make the point that It's the inner world that matters. It took me six months to realize this. I admired my girlfriends outer beauty and intelligence but it took me six months after a dinner we had just last night to realize that what matters to me most is her total frankness, maturity and good judgement. It took me a while but I finally got it. Better late than never! Your friend Dimitri
