21, beautiful, long stemmed roses

She's leaving for the States on Tuesday...I won't see her till October. My heart is full of sorrow,my soul is weeping all the time.I won't have my friend close to meI won't see herI won't feel her. I don't know what to say,I feel so sad. All I could do was send hertwenty one beautifullong stemmed roses to her hotel room.As beautiful as my Elaine...That's all I could do...

A great poignant snapshot

Of love and longing. It flows well and there are no snags. The one thing I might add is who Elaine is in your life. Since I'm familiar with your other work I know who Elaine is but others may not and it would help to set the tone is there was an indication of who Elaine is. But, in general, a good piece and, as a parent who is helping my eldest move this weekend, though much closer than half way around the world, I can understand a little of your situation. --Jonathan Annoying the world, one person at a time (Group discounts available)
