down my cheek
no
showing
the symbol

weakness
unprofessional
losing
small
needy

take away that tear
make me brave
make me see nothing hate full
make me feel nothing at all if you must

but never in front of you
just to hear more mocking
more hate
more of my self loathing coming from you
why should i try to impress your judging nature
why cant i stop trying to impress you

and yet i cry
a sign of weakness
fro everyone to see
put my head high
and walk away
from the taunts
and cry some more
