Magic Tree Clock

If only time grew on trees
We could all fill baskets with hours to spare
An hour for homework
Two hours for the laundry
Endless time to write

If only time grew on trees
We could waste a day and pluck the minutes back
10 minutes to check email
20 minutes for a manicure
Branches full of minutes

But time does not grow on trees
No extra seconds to waste on daydreaming
No time to play
No time to work
Not enough hours in the day

I wish time grew on trees

ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE…I

ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE...I COULD IMAGINE ALL THE CHILDREN GRASPING AT THE BRANCHES AND LIMBS OF TREES TO FIND MORE TIME TO PLAY...ADULTS HOARDING THE TIME TO USE FOR A SUNNY DAY...BUT HOW UNFORTUNATE, GINNY, IF IN THE AUTUMN, ALL THE TIME WITHERS AWAY AND FALLS USELESSLY TO THE GROUND..LOL MAYBE ITS BETTER WE DONT HAVE MORE TIME THAN IS GIVEN US TO APPRECIATE WHAT WE HAVE... THE POEM IS SWEET AND WELL THOUGHT OUT...NICELY DONE PINT
