If sorrow was allowed in Heaven

If sorrow was allowed in Heaven
It'd be because of my longing for you
No longer a need to be (One)
We’d now be seen as (Two)
No need for marriage there
He (GOD) is our EVERYTHING
If sorrow was allowed in Heaven
It’d be because I’d have no wedding ring
Left with only a fading memory
Of what we used to do
If sorrow was allowed in Heaven
It be because of my love for you
I know I’ve said it once before
I must say it again
No longer seen as (One),…Forever
Now only familiar friends
