Two Black Crows

Two Black Crows

Two black crows,
Drift and disapper,
Nothing grows,
but the fainting fear.
An admiring friend,
drifted away,
He came to an end,
he did not stay.
One black crow,
Devoured my love,
the other black crow,
was no longer my love.
Two black crows,
were known and feared,
two black crows,
came and disappeared...

hello again..

I really like this; especially the "Nothing grows, but the fainting fear." A great line, I say. I think this could do without the "devoured my love" part, because I felt this poem is more about the crows than the devoured love, you know? Particularly because of the title. I bet you could expand this and make it more about the love, but I feel it could do without it. I also feel it's kind of eerie and a mini horror, which is very cool. Great post. -JRS
