a Poem a Rose

a poem a rose or a beautiful face
it is either love at a glance
or no love at all
one cannot apologize for love
as one cannot control one's madness
the soul is first the slave
and then the master of herself
she has no boundaries
for even the prisoner
may catch a view of heaven
from his barred kingdom

some men walk through the blind earth
with no thought to their sister, the soul
and whether or not they will find
satisfaction in paradise i do not know
what is certain is that lovers will meet
and meet in time with no division
between death and life.
