The Last Rose.

I left you a rose.
It erased my smile.
And made me shed a tear.
Just the thought of it.
Made me sad.

Just the thought that you are to longer here.
And now gone.
Gone forever.
I will never see your smile.
And never be able to hear your laugh once more.
Once more I said good-bye.
But I didn't think that it was going to be the last time.
The last time I tell you anything.

The thought of that makes my eyes burn.
I don't want it to be the end.
But I know down in side that it is.

Now I will remand.
Standing here.
On your grave.
And I will shed a tear.
And give a giggle.
Because now I will remember.
Remember all the good times we had.

Everything we shared.
All the love we gave.
All the happiness we brought.
And most important the things we had.

I shall never forget you.
I shall never be the same.
But I will pull through.
Darkness will never concur good.
So I will pull through.

I all I want you to know.
Is that I left you a rose.
I left it there on your tomb stone.
Right next to your name.
And you will never be forgotten.
You will always be loved.
And always remembered.
By the deeds you did.
Not by the mistakes you made.
