Sshh!,





Shadow puppets
on the wall,
in moonlight magic
they rise and fall,
as phantom breath
over window sill,
exhales a gust
of slighted chill.

Bodies bathed
in breath and beam,
are soon consumed
by sleep and dream,
while nightime whispers
of the daylight shy,
share their secrets
with a sequined sky.

Hello my breath of fresh air.

Was great to hear from u. Told Jade and she looked at me weird, about the thing u picked up, lol. I wont be posting for a wee while, things going on, but I will be trying to check out and answer all, so you all better behave and give me some smile wrenching poems, no more sad, too much lately. So many new writers and I am only onto the Ps, lol. I need a secretary. You offering, lol. Darlin its good to have you back tried to ring again the other day and you werent home will give it another go tomorrow night have some news for you and Jade Tell Jade its the other piece of her present I was waiting on ... now I just gotta remember to get paper to wrap it before she comes back lol eh dont worry if you dont get time to comment on mine there are so many great poems floating round at the moment ... by the way forgot to say this one felt like a spell a witches spell lol loved it seriously ... just so good to have you back , everyone askes me how you are and until I rang I was saying busy with life and stuff lol left a blog but I dont know if anyone seen it lol anyway great to see you back livening the place up again love and big hugs Jayne-Chloe x x x

Hey Aunty

Thank you for being there. I will get to all, I want to and I miss your words. You put a smile on my face, I think we all liven the place up. We have many tales to share and I am shocked to see so many new. As for this poem, you should understand, when you cant sleep, things on the mind and noticing the things around you that go on while you are sleeping. I know we see and know but just to really notice. Ah, never mind. I will just be reading etc for a while. Jade has her bloods tomorrow, and I have the Wednesday then the Thursday and Friday, so time is limited. Shower on the 24th April so I really hope you can come, please. Jade is having a few here to open the time capsule on her 21st then we are all going out for dinner so and then back into baby mode, lol. Aw she is breaking me, lol. Missed you all.I will have to check out your blog, lol, you dear girl. I am missing the 4 magic men, Gee, Doc, Joe and Moonman, I hope all is well with them. Things change in such a short time, hey. As far as I know i will be down there anyway on that weekend my girlfriend and her two daughters and myself have planned to ahve three days down there from the 23rd will give you a ring and check times etc ... will work something out ... Carol is taking me away for a break give me a little holiday for a few days ... shes been a wonderful friend I was gobsmacked when she said what she had organised so I cant see that being a problem and nicole will be with me as well shes about ten weeks behind Jade god babies being born everywhere round here at the moment making me clucky as lol cant wait for grandkids I can spoil the crap outta them and give them back lmao you take care of you and Jade hows her knee going now ?? is it better from her fall ?? anyway will ring and find out everything tomorrow night ... Bj has been coming in here a far bit this week i think he maybe a little restless and missing Jade .. and getting excited about the baby hes talking about it allll the time lol you take care and make sure you get some rest lovely DONT FORGET TO LOOK AFTER YOU ~! thats an order love and big hugs Jayne-Chloe

This is real good. But I got confused at the end: do the secrets shared belong to the dreamers, the nighttime, or is "share their secrets" telling us to share them with either one? Sshh!

Delightful poem reminds me of the shadows in the Dormitary when I was a boy in the orphanage, The shadows fascinated me. I never knew whether to be frightened and keep my head under the bed-clothes or be daring and face the shadows. Facing them brought much pleasure my imagination used to run wild. Excellent thank you for bringing back such pleasnt memories bern.

Always worrying about others. How are you. I hope you are recovering well. I have you in my heart and thoughts as do many. you popped in again. I am at a loss for any word at the mo but tomorrow I hope to share my news, if I get it. Boy or girl. The last ultra sound was of no help, except to see bubs butt, lol. Absolutely fabulous!

Now this Lyz is brilliant! I love it! The whole poem sways with motion of the dancing shadows of fire licked haze that leaps agains the colouration of the moonlight... has a wonderfull whimsical yet eerie feel like a melancholic sussuration on the breeze that swweps the silent night. We are the dreamers of the dreams, the movers and shakers of this world forever, it seems! You have brought that quote so alive here in breathy dreamesque visual with nightmarish silouettes thats shimmer and float over the entire theme, scene and poem. Superb rhyming, mellifluous flow, wonderful wordsmithing and poigent verse, this is one super-duper poem and is up there with my faves! You have somehow put a soul on a page and shaded it with a sheet of folded black... Superb! Dale :)
