About Optics

When all avenues seem closed
Emotional baggage holds your bonds
Rank despair bogs down the heart
Like anklets hewn from concrete blocks

Hold fast with all your inner hope
Espy the long forgotten truth
…For every seen atrocity
A silent miracle goes unnoticed

The play on words...

in your title is obvious and I wonder at the truth that there are miracles [little ones to be sure], that go unnoticed, while we focus on the ones that appear before us. Nice... ~ Geez.
