Another Song
See her awaiting in the wings
feel her gently tug at your heart strings
She is whispering words yet unclear
words she hopes that you will hear
Her thoughts are being tossed and thrown
to the watching wolves that howl and moan
She waits for the one that holds the key
never knowing who that one might be
Her heart knows where it should belong
still she knows that is another song
So watch her waiting in the wings
then feel as she gently tugs your heart strings

Hello C lynn
A very tender song... I especially like the "waiting in the wing line". I thought you could spice this song up with more internal rhymes if you see what I mean.
Just an opinion dear. The choice is always yours.
